Story

This was an extremely complex pwc project designed and developed in collaboration with 2 external partners for the back and and front end development.

We designed a solution, “Contatto” that provides:

  • A new channel to increase customer base

  • Promote marketing initiatives

  • A tool to better get engaged customers

To Customers

The opportunity to take part to periodical contests promoted by Nivea. Trough the “Contatto” Interface, users can: 

  • Take picture to their receipts

  • Upload receits

  • Have an overview of all participations /contest history

  • Be update via push messages of participation status, new contests.
