T-Mobile.com is a telecommunication company that provides wireless and data services and also electronics products and accessories. What if its website were revamped to better help customers purchase products without losing T-Mobile's bold and unique branding?
UX Solution
Through heuristics analysis and user research, designed a site aimed to facilitate the online shoppers’ navigational experience on T-Mobile.com.Redesigned a frictionless check out flow that encourages point of sale product discovery and added digital touch-points features in order to improve customer journey and
client retention.

With a new simplified sitemap , I was able to begin designing the new T-Mobile website, starting with paper sketches, wireframes and ending with a prototype.
